Let's say your reception time is 8:00pm - 12:00am:
We will do the following: 8:00pm - 12:00am

8:00PM - 9:00PM ~ Band begins nice background music as guests arrive, then Introduction of Bridal Party, Bride & Groom, then first dance. If there is a buffet, I announce the buffet is now open, please form a line behind the Bride & Groom and the bridal party, and then band continues with background/Dinner music at low volume.

9:00PM - 9:15PM ~ Band breaks, Brandi announces the cutting of the cake, music is played on CD's Cake cutting and toasts (can use bands microphones)

9:15PM - 10:30PM ~ Father/Daughter Dance, and then Mother/Son Dance, then band starts upbeat dance music, also "Anniversary Dance" will be in here...listed below:

10:30PM - 10:45PM ~ band breaks, music played on CD's

10:45PM - 12:00AM ~ Upbeat Dance and send off

The "Anniversary Dance" is where we call all married couples to the dance floor and I begin to sing the "Unchained Melody", as I am singing my male singer asks that all married couples married one day or less please leave the dance floor, then one year or less, and so on. People LOVE this and the last couple standing has been married the longest. I will ask their names and you guys would have your photo taken with them and maybe have a separate bouquet to give them or just something nice....if you want :0)

You can also do "The Honeymoon Dance", this is where the guests pay whatever they want (could be $1.00), to dance with the bride and groom. We play "Moondance" during this time.I like to meet with the Bride/Groom, Wedding Coordinator atleast 2 weeks prior to the reception to go over the intinerary for the evening. Please remember, what I have listed above is simply my idea to make the evening flow, I am here for you and will do what's asked. I also play as your "MC" for the evening so I would be the one introducing and making announcements as the night progresses.
