The 6 member band consists of Bass, Drums, Keyboards, Guitar, male & female lead vocals.  You can add a complete horn section and even extra female vocalists to the package.

Experience: I have been playing bass and electric guitars since I was 10. I
have been playing professional since graduating High School and have
spent the past 24 years in the Country Music scene. I have spent 5 of the
past 8 years with Cowboys Dance Hall in Dallas and Arlington. I have
worked artists such as Chris Young, Woody Lee, Gabby Nolen, Stephen Pride
and others. And now with ZuZu Peddals.

and many others.

Fred Leonard, Jr.
Keyboards/Vocals

Fred Leonard Jr. was born in St. Louis, Missouri where he started playing keyboard and organ at the age of 16 for his church. Although at the age of 16 Fred had never had piano lessons, his ear and gift of hearing complicated musical compositions quickly launched him into the wonderful world of jazz and music where he started producing for many artist in St. Louis.

Over the years Fred grew as a musician and he received a scholarship to Lincoln University to study classical piano and choir. While touring the U.S. with the Lincoln University Jazz Ensemble, he began to develop his innovative and creative style of playing and improving from exposure to many jazz greats such as: Wayman Tisdale, The Yellow Jackets, Chick Corea, Dave Weckl, Herbie Hancock, and many more.

 Although Fred Jr. is adept and knowledgeable in performing many styles of music to include: Gospel, Pop,Hip Hop, R & B,Christian, Blues, Funk, and Fusion, he found his true love to be Smooth Jazz. Fred has mastered the art of combining all styles of music into beautifully orchestrated masterpieces.

Fred currently resides in Frisco, Tx where he continues to make a huge impact in the jazz industry. Fred’s music has been featured on local television station Metro WFAA Channel 8, The #1 Hip-Hop station K-104fm in Dallas/Fort Worth, The Dallas Museum, The Belo Mansion, and also with Minder Music in London, England. 

When he is not composing or producing, Fred enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife Shametra and their son TJ.
